1. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By subscribing to our text messaging service, you agree to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from ALLSTATE TOWING GROUP, including but not limited to updates, and service notifications. These messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. Frequency of Messages

We send messages related to real-time updates, service confirmations, estimated arrival times, driver details, rescheduling requests, customer inquiries, post-service follow-ups, and feedback collection. Message frequency may vary, with an average of 1-2 messages per month.

3. Opt-In Requirements

By providing your mobile number, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to use the number and agree to receive SMS notifications from ALLSTATE TOWING GROUP. Customers can opt in verbally during service requests, in person at our physical location, or over a phone call. You will be informed that 'Message and data rates may apply,' 'Message frequency may vary,' and that you can text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Opt-Out Procedure

You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to support@allstatetowinggrp.com or (213)592-0365.  After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. ALLSTATE TOWING GROUP is not responsible for any charges you may incur.

6. Supported Carriers

Our text messaging service is compatible with most major carriers, including Verizon Wireless, AT&T & T-Mobile. However, it may not be supported by all carriers or devices.

7. Privacy

We may share your information with third parties only when:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes..

10. Limitation of Liability

ALLSTATE TOWING GROUP is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to issues beyond our control, including carrier or network outages, device compatibility, or user error.

11. Service Termination or Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the text messaging service at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
